Why we love WordPress

WordPress is one of the top, if not the top blogging platforms available today. However, WordPress isn’t just for blogging, it has evolved into a full-featured Content Management System (CMS), and is so far beyond just a blogging platform, it’s remarkable. Coffee Cup Icon – Sketch Video

Initial Sketch for a Coffee Cup Illustration Concept

As we start the majority of our projects, this video of a sketch is sped up so you can see the process of the design concept. Once we have a basic outline of the direction we want to go, we then move to Illustrator to vectorize the idea, and take it from a sketch to digital!

We are in the works of making a tutorial based on this icon, to illustrate the process of creating a logo. Check back for updates.

Patch Social icon set – Free to download

We recently decided that it was time to update our social media icons because we had the honor of joining some pretty awesome design communities as of late, and our old icons weren’t getting the job done. After some thought and execution, a new icon set was born. We’ve also decided to release these for free as a set under the creative commons license. You can edit and use for free, but you cannot distribute or sell for profit without permission.
