We recently decided that it was time to update our social media icons because we had the honor of joining some pretty awesome design communities as of late, and our old icons weren’t getting the job done. After some thought and execution, a new icon set was born. We’ve also decided to release these for free as a set under the creative commons license. You can edit and use for free, but you cannot distribute or sell for profit without permission.
Included in the package are 6 hi-resolution fully layered .psd files, as well as a transparent .png version (128×128 px).

All fixed. Removed the ‘share’ bar entirely, and added a tweet button to the top of all posts. Thanks for the heads up
